We value each customer and take pride in our all-weather products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivered product, our return period lasts for 30 days beginning once the product is received. Without prior approval, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns outside of this timeframe.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused or like-new condition. Please make sure to carefully pack and seal each returned product, as we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. Adjustments to your refund may be necessary, depending on the condition of the product once received.
If you are looking for another item in exchange, we would be happy to suggest a suitable replacement that meets your individual needs.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. Then, after approval and processing, if your item is eligible for a refund, we would be happy to provide credits back to your original method of payment. This credit may take up to five business day to post your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Please alert our team immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. While we are not responsible for the shipping condition of each product, we are happy to review any defects you might find in order to accommodate your needs.
